Good he shouldn't be. He had every right to protect his child. How many fathers or mothers for that matter would have done the same thing. I would have and never thought twice about killing the piece of trash. If he hadn't the pos might have gotten a little time in jail and been set free to molest someone elses daughter. If we were allowed to fight back on our own terms their wouldn't be nearly as much crime.
