    IDK how you can say there is no water...

    What do you think that brown/green stuff is, its water... if it were dry then most of the time the water bed will look the same color as the shoreline I.E the light tan/white color...

    lol 7:45. Easy there, bozo. It's short a cement wall directly behind the plants in the foreground. Hills are farther away, wall and plants are close.

    If you cover the mountains with your hands you are able to see the cement wall that appears like it is water.
