WASHINGTON - Police were called to a bathroom at the Pentagon City mall Thursday morning after a man was reportedly masturbating in public view.
A security manager of a department store called police after he says he saw a 5 foot 9 inch black man in his late 20s performing the sex act in a third floor bathroom while looking at another man in a bathroom stall, Arlington Now reports.
There were three men total in the restroom at the time, and police tell Arlington Now they met deliberately for sexual purposes.
