Is the author of this book Kimberly Lewis (or Lopez). I knew a Lewis family in Salisbury who's daughter was named Kimberly. Her father was Wade Lewis, a employee at the Post Office in Salisbury. Sadly, Wade, a good friend of mine died from ALS years ago. Any information on this would be appreciated.

And I'm sorry but I am not from Salisbury and have no relation to Wade Lewis. I am also very sorry to hear that you lost a good friend.
