Yes. Actually, I started in November (yes, around Thanksgiving time--dumb) and have lost 10 lbs. I figured that I would get a start before the new year. Still have 15 to go.
Anon 11:04 - Actually, what you did was not dumb! I think it was very smart. By doing it the way you did, you, unlike many others were more concious of what you were eating and how much exercise you were getting throughout the holiday season. Kudos to you! Now, keep going! That 15 will be gone before you know it!
No I am not going to try and lose weight and don't need to, but probably will. Anymore I'm grossed out by the meats sold in grocery stores so New Year's resolution is to buy from a local butcher which will cost more, but we don't need to eat all that meat anyway.
