Not yet. I do more texting than talking and I try to do that when no one is near me. You can drift out of you lane while texting so you really do need to be careful.
Actually, I don't think that I have even noticed a decrease in the amount of drivers talking on their phones. As far as the police, they are too busy talking themselves to even pay attention to the others.
