Vic Keen, (recently retired from the SPD) is back working for Salisbury but in a different capacity. Vic is now writing tickets for the metered parking but always takes the time to say hello to his brothers in Law Enforcement. Welcome Back Vic.

ReplyDeleteI saw Vic today while I was en route to Eric's Barber Shop.Just don't assume that laid back disposition means that he is'nt all business.Good to see he's still at it - in a way.
