    Shame to say I see it everyday yet no cops in sight when you need or want them to be...

    Almost as good as the idiots who can't read "ARROWS". And, 11:16 who said it was a woman? The biggest offenders of driving while on the phone appears to be men driving work trucks. Drive the truck, talk on the phone, look up the address, program the GPS while everyone swerves around you.
