SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will be joining Delaware Gov. Jack Markell on the Maryland's Eastern Shore to discuss a cross-border public safety collaboration between the
two states.
The governors will meet Thursday at Salisbury University. Public safety representatives from both states also will be attending.

The citizens should be VERY afraid whenever the governors of two states start talking about "cross-border" public SAFETY programs. We already have Delaware State Police operating Maryland State police vehicles and patrolling in cross border operations. Is THAT the "public safety" they're talking about?
