    I find it amazing that a Federal judge could even consider that a law about people who break the law and aren't even covered by the Constitution might possibly be unconstitutional.

    The process for selecting judges must be flawed.

    Federal power is given by the state, and that is given by the people. Read the tenth amendment, it's 2 sentences long, and they are very short and to the point. 28 words total. Someone in this country should be able to figure this one out.
