City Council President Louise Smith said this year, she plans to relax more and worry less, find everything she "misplaced" in 2010 and make a resolution to stop making New Year's resolutions.
"My cat, Rascal, says he will play with and not hide his toys, cuddle more and watch less Animal Planet, and drink water rather than running around with a water bowl on his head," she said.
Maybe she'll find her marbles - they've been misplaced for four years.
