  1. Ford, because they took no money from thr government. Screw G.M. and Chrysler and I don't buy foreign cars.

  17. What nobody has mentioned is the service a dealer gives. If the dealer is good, you will have a better impression of the car he sells and services.

  24. George that is a valid point, however there are a lot of people who do not take their vehicles to a dealer for service. Typically I do all the work on my cars myself but when the rare event comes along that I cannot do the work, I take it to my uncle's shop.

  25. Honda, hands down. My first one was over 250,000 miles with no problems other than the normal maintenance or wear & tear items you have with any vehicle. Then a young female driver tried to make a right-hand turn from the left-hand lane in front of me. Damage would have cost more to fix than what the car would have been worth if it never happened, so I got rid of it. We now have 2 Hondas (the only 2 brand new cars we have ever bought) - a 1999 with only about 72,000 miles and a 2004 with only 51,000 miles. I will not buy American and support that greedy corrupt union they belong to. My experience with Honda has not given me any reason to look elsewhere.

  32. I would never support offshore companys by buying their crap cars.
Toyota has hidden their problems for years and blamed them on the customers. People are selling out the county buying these cars from the Japs and Koreans.
You people are fools for buying them and you all wonder why the US is going down.
I'm sure Joe won't let this post go up because he wants freebies from Pohanka.
I know how it works Joe. How does it feel to be a sellout?
You whore yourself for a Jap company.
    What a discrace!

  38. Throw in my vote for Ford, and here's the breakdown near as I could tell:

Ford is the big winner with 25 votes.
    Honda: 16
    Toyota: 12
    GM (of all types): 10
    Hyundai: 5
    Mercedes, BMW, Volvo: 2 each

Also ran: Acura, Nissan, Mazda, Kia, AMC, Ferrari, Porsche, MG, Audi, Subaru

This gives Ford nearly over 29% of the vote, which is impressive given the size of the field.
