  1. Joe, where's the post about the Salisbury Police Officer?

  2. His mother stated he is currently in recovery at John's Hopkins. He was flown there (by private helicopter, not MSP) because PRMC had no orthopedic surgeon available at the time. The doctors told her, he is in good condition with a fractured femur, no nerve or vessel damage.

Contrary to your false reporting, he was NEVER in critical condition and had been conscious and alert through the entire process up until surgery.

It would be nice if you changed the tone of the post so that your viewers could pass on their thoughts and prayers.

  3. i ask that people not make any of the usual shoot from the hip comments.instead prayers should be uplifted for him. i pray now that GOD will sustain his life.

  4. I thought it was his girlfriend that shot him. Either way dont piss the woman off.

  5. Just spoke to his mother, and he is out of surgery and doing well.

  6. I wonder if he is a women beater. If he is i'll pray for him alright.
Something does not sound right here. If he was beating her it will come out and he got just what he deserves.

  7. You mean to tell me that with all the orthopaedic doctors in Salisbury, no one was available to provide emergency care? That is disgraceful!!! A hospital as big as it is and no care available.

My prayers go out to the injured and his family.

  8. Some real slimeballs post on this site don't they?

  9. NO it was Brian Winter, rumors were going around that it was Jeff, but it wasn`t. I`m friends of the family and know this to be true. I`m not sure of the domestic issues at hand, but Brian is a great guy, just glad his daughter was not at his house at the time of the shooting. My thoughts and prayers are with his mother.

  10. Domestic Violence is real and when people see the signs they need to intervene because this is typically the results. Nine times out of ten when a woman resorts to this extreme, it is survival mode kicking in "kill or be killed". It also sounds like there was mental abuse involved as well if there was a girlfriend involved. Mental abuse can be far worse than physical abuse because there are no physical signs of it. The Roller Coaster ride is a hard one to get off of and abused need all the help they can get.

  11. All I can say is damn, this woman is either crazy or was defending her life. I guess she just wanted to wing him and send him a message. And, I guess he got it, ouch!

  12. With most domestic violence situations-to the outside world-the abuser most of time seems like a great person-smooth-charm-glib and is usually well respected in his inner circle or the community. The jekyll and hyde personality. That is why it is so hard for people to believe and catch it going on. The Abuser likes to make the abused look crazy so noone believes them. You never know what goes on inside the walls and most of the time the abused is allienated from loved ones close to them on purpose because typically Momma always has a strong intuition of what is happening or what is to come. Never judge a book by the cover because usually things are so much deeper within the pages.

  13. Seriously you people make me sick. I guess you automatically assume every domestic violence case begins with a male abuser. Seriously some women are just nuts. A woman is more likely to harm you than a man. If you don't know the entire story ....hold your opinion (I know it's hard), sit back & wait because I don't know the entire story either. Just right now give him & his family the respect that you would want.

  15. The real story - from the most accurate source you can imagine (family!)

Jennifer shot Brian. THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL ABUSE ON BRIANS PART throughout the turbulent relationship. They BOTH were extremely intoxicated (verified through police reports) and got into an arguement that escalated. There are conflicting stories as to what happened, Jennifer's being a bit more dramatic. Jennifer claims there were guns drawn on BOTH parties, therefore Brian will be charged when he gets out of Baltimore (he is recovring after surgery - one thing a poster actually got correct). The two ARE married, she was NOT just his girlfriend. They had been separated and got back together in RECENT months. This relationship obviously has taken a turn for the worst, but a key focus is indeed the THREE children involved that have potentionally lost parents. Stop with the gossip and your rediculous comments. Pray if is something you feel is necessary.

  16. So what's the moral of this story.... There is no booty that good worth losing your career and family over.

Maybe he will have better luck working at McDonald's cause by getting back together with that nut job he has just lost EVERYTHING. You can't say all of his friends didn't try and warn him. We knew she was bad news even before they got married. I hate to say it Brian but we told you so! We wish you would have stayed away.

It pulls at my heart strings to think these kids will grow up in such jaded homes.

Maybe she was shooting for his manhood. Sounds like she is a whacko. I would know, I just got out of a marriage with one and she is still making my life miserable. The reason being we have kids together which is extremely difficult for the kids and they will have lasting affects on them because of her.

  18. Guess Brian doesn't have to worry about the results of his child custody case now... very sad.

  19. Listen we all know the story between those two its sad that it had to end this way. Brain is a loving father and a good friend to alot of people. Yes he didnt listen to alot of his friends but its his choice, we have all been there. Pray for him to get better and the truth will come out im sure its going to be he said she said. The worst part of this story is that his whole career is over over a worthless bitch.

  20. The WORST part of this whole story is that three children are going to be greatly affected by the actions of two intoxicated parents that made bad choices.

  21. 1:55 that's the story we heard also,(from our family) but we heard that guns were both drawn on each other, i hate to say it but if i had a gun drawn on me i would have shot to.
we send our prayers to brian and jen and the girls. This is just a sad story. when we got word what happend we could not belive what had just happend.
all i can say is guns and drinks dont mix

  22. All of you are truly disgusting. Gossip mongering hate filled busybodies.

The funny part is you call yourselves friends. You don't even know the meaning of the word.

Go pull some wings off of flies and leave these people alone. They have enough problems without hearing this crap from a bunch of hypocrites.

  23. Yes we hate Jennye for screwing our friends life. I hope she realizes she has a drinking problem now and seeks professional help. She's needed that for years! Too bad it was at the expense of Brians career and custody battle.

  24. Your 'friend' screwed his own life. You will find out shortly.

  27. He's at home in WOC recovering and she's in jail on $100,000 bond

    ReplyDelete
  28. I agree. Lot of dumbasses on here.
And the bond has been reduced to fifty thousand. And thats not all that's going to be reduced. Then you will really hear the cry babies on here squeal.

  29. 8:33 i cant wait to hear all these cry babies on here when they lock his ass up!!

  30. He is a police officer. He drew his service revolver first. Regardless of what you think of Jen, he is a 32 yr old man making his own decisions. This is the sad story of TWO drunks that ended badly, not ONE drunk.

  31. Wow, some of the comments on here really show one's true colors. I hope if anything ever happens to one of your family members, you are shown the same compassion and respect that you have shown on here. It must be nice to hide behind a computer screen, post anonymously, talk trash about something you know nothing about, spread rumors, and show your overall ignorance. My prayers are with both parties and their families. You stay classy, Salisbury...

  33. Regardless of which one pulled their gun first - Drinking, guns and domestic violence - This is no environment for children to be raised!

  34. To the commenter who just went on the attack about Jamie, I rejected your comment because you put no name to it. Defaming someone like that is a serious matter and it will not stand any longer here without a name, yours! Put your name to it, own up to it and it will be published.

  35. Did she cry wolf?

    From the Daily Times Article....

"White confirmed Winter's story that they started arguing on the way home, but was unable to say what the argument was about, according to police. White accused Winter of throwing and holding her down on the ground and choking her, but she showed no physical signs of injury to her neck or throat, according to police.

"Although White claimed to have been held down, she was able to use both hands to access her handgun, chamber a round and fire a round into Winter's leg," court documents state."

  36. Did she cry wolf?

He said - She said. The truth is probably somewhere in between. They are each trying so say that they were defending themselves. The fact remains by their own accounts - They were BOTH drunk, they BOTH got in a physical altercation and they BOTH pulled guns on each other. I don't think that there is a point in trying to paint either one as the "good guy".
