ReplyDeletei grew up and went to church with paul martin and his family. i know for a fact he never invisioned salisbury being a glen burnie of the eastern shore. every one of the city's problem fall squarely on the tighlman administraion with the help of dunn, comegys, cathcart and shields

ReplyDeleteGary isnt for community policing he is only for the fire dept. We dont need ten more years of Mayor Tilghman. Gary promised the police dept a raise and he lied. Gary is a big liar and we need a change. He isnt the right person. He should be embarrassed but Gary isnt for the community, crime and police. He can't be trusted and he has set us back already
ReplyDeleteGary is for GARY!! He will stoop to any level to promote his agenda.Still can t believe no one in the city has challenge his vote on the the volunteer retirement increase. If he did vote to increase the benefit...This should be given to the ethics committee. Oh I forgot Salisbury does what it wants and gets away with it...Sad but true!!!
ReplyDeleteHow's that Old Mall? Collector road? Condo's on the water? Told to expect more sewage overflows after WWTP upgrade is complete? What happened to his promise to fund better pay for firefighters? Why did he take the other half the police departments raise away? He slept on the SHA job why think he's going to do any different as mayor? Sewer capacity in north Salisbury? Crime? He's already had five years to make a difference why should I expect any better from him as mayor?
ReplyDeleteDon't forget the late audits and budgets. Will we see a budget in this election year to use as a scorecard for candidates when we go vote? Don't forget he also voted to raise water/sewer fee's until Terry Cohen questioned the huge surplus in the water department.
ReplyDeleteWe need someone with experience. He has none, Barry Tilghman has none, and its time for change. He wants to put police on every corner, when he won't even support the public officals that we have working in the city now. On top of that, he wants to get rid of the trash trucks and form that out. What a waste of money. I don't know why he doesn't stand on the street corner and start handing out money. He is a joke, and we are tired of the policies of Salisbury City Council, and we need a huge change in leadership. Putting him in the Mayor's comfy chair would be only a sex change. Nothing else would change
