To those of you who have been given tickets in the City of Salisbury, this one is for you!
I want you to print these photos and bring them in every time YOU get a ticket and tell them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
Mayor Tilghman claims she's accountable and takes FULL RESPONSIBILITY. OK Barrie, can we now clearly call you a liar? I watched her pull into this space and not put a single quarter in the meter. The meter was already red when she pulled up and walked away. People immediately walked up to the meter, stood there and shook their heads because they too have been a victim of tickets throughout Downtown Salisbury.
If you weren't such a Idiot I would have gladly put a quarter in the meter for you. However, you are an Idiot and Barrie Tilghman, YOU'VE BEEN BLOGGED!

ReplyDeleteLast week I was parked down town on Baptist Street. The meter was half green and half red. Being in a hurry, I figured it had half the remaining time on it. When I came back to my car, the meter looked exactly the same but I had a ticket on my windshield. I guess I should have looked at the sidewalk side to see that the meter had no minutes on it. Check it out Joe, I bet the damn thing isn't fixed yet and they are still giving tickets.
