A Cessna Aircraft just crash landed at the Wicomico County Airport. The landing gear collapsed on the runway and they're going to have to crane the plane off the runway. More to come.......
UPDATE: The Airport said the plane was in the process of taking off when the landing gear collapsed under it and it slid down runway 5...

ReplyDeleteSimpson's towing was called and moved the air plane to a hanger.. passengers were ok
ReplyDeleteThis was a local with an experimental home built plane. Nobody was hurt.
ReplyDeleteProb forgot to put oil in it or didnt to pre flight check.
