I want to know why he doesn't have to follow DOT rules by flagging his overhang? Oh, that's right, when you work for the City you don't have to get permits and follow the law.

ReplyDeleteCity or County truck matters little. The real point is what this vehicle is doing is dangerous, and the driver should be sited for the violation.

If the "City or County" title dont matter then why add it in the story in the first place? Why could he of just said Where is this guys flag for the over hang?

I know a few Troopers who drive the expeditions who would take exception to this violation as well as many others that they could probably find.
