Moments ago, fog caused an accident in front of the Carousel on Coastal Highway in Ocean City. The fog also caused school delays throughout the Eastern Shore.

ReplyDeleteDid you notice that this is an intersection WITH traffic lights? Imagine what could happen at an unregulated intersection! Alot of people are clueless about driving in fog...PUT YOUR LIGHTS ON & SLOW DOWN!
ReplyDeleteA lot of those traffic lights just blink in the off season. Driving slow and with caution is the right thing to do, no distractions like cell phones, eating, putting on make-up or whatever else takes your eyes off of the road.
ReplyDeleteTim Chaney, the lights in OC do NOT blink in the off-season. They stopped doing that at least 5 years ago. All of the lights work all of the time.
