How Many Months Does It Take To Put Up A Trailer?

It must be Public Works constructing it.
Opening Fall of 2006
LOL!

THE FIX IS ON!!!!!!!!!!

Ladies & Gentlemen, I owe you an apology, (sort of).

Not long ago I had proudly stated that when it came to our poll questions, you could only vote "one time" in one year, per question. I was wrong and I'm sorry about that.

However, allow me to further explain. I had been speaking with a close friend who brought this subject up and he informed me that the poll could in fact be fixed. I immediately defended the poll by stating we had set it up for only one vote, per question, per year.

He said to me, let me give you an example. Take a look at so and so's numbers, so I did. He said, take a look at it again tomorrow morning. The next morning I looked at it and their numbers had risen by about a hundred more, overnight. Still not totally convinced, I went to his office and actually watched him alter the numbers right in front of my eyes.

That being said, many of the polls on this Blog Site as well as others cannot be trusted. We had been curious about why the poll on the $1.00 fee to get into the Zoo had started out in favor of charging the $1.00 fee and the next morning there were some 200 more votes in favor of not charging the fee.

The same went for Chief Webster. His numbers were definitely in favor or relieving him as Chief of Police for Salisbury and the next thing I knew, (overnight one night) his numbers also had risen by some 200 + votes.

So in my opinion, either Jim Rapp fixed the polls for the Zoo, Chief Webster fixed his own numbers, perhaps the Mayor had someone do it, we're not positively sure who did it but based on the fact that it happened overnight during the slower period of visitors at night, I'm now convinced they have been fixed.

You should be real proud of yourselves Chief Webster and Jim Rapp. You're lying to the public and covering your asses because you knew the numbers would overwhelmingly show the actual lack of support you truly have. One way to prove that is, no one is willing to make donations at the Zoo any more. Barrie Tilghman wants a Free Zoo in the City of Salisbury and she wants the taxpayers to pay for all these dead animals and the replacement of such regularly and since they're not coming to your door regularly to ask for cash to pay for new ones, the taxpayers simply don't know where their money is being spent.

As for the Chief, desperate people do desperate things. IMO, it's cheating and cheating is almost a criminal act. What does that tell you about your Chief of Police!

Jimmy's Grille, 2-7-07

You're really starting to impress everyone with your powers Barrie Tilghman.
ROTFLMAO!

Exhausted? Hung Over? Sick????????

This Chef wasn't afraid to show the Public that he was not in any condition to do any work as he sat at the very front table in this restaurant trying to take a nap. I wasn't going to take the chance to go in and eat, should it have been the fact that he was sick! Sorry Charles, no ambulance showed up to take him away so you'll just have to keep listening to your scanner to find new clients.

Now That's Interesting!

I'm sure someone was walking through the Plaza with e 4 foot fluorescent lamp in tow and decided to drop it into this large trash can. NOT! Get a grip Barrie, the taxpayers are paying for commercial trash pickup on the Plaza.

Oh, so you know, it's against the law to throw away these fluorescent lamps, believe it or not. It's considered hazardous waste because of the mercury inside of the lamp. So it's interesting that Folks are throwing away fluorescent lamps in the City's Dumpsters. It not only save you money, it saves you from also finding a hazardous waste area to get rid of them.

If you ever see anyone throwing these lamps into a dumpster and busting them, let them know that they'll more than likely get a very serious case of cancer from the mercury they breathe in. Not something the Government is going to inform you of but it's a fact. For those who would like to challenge this, look up the word mercury. Do also note that this lamp is not green on the end, therefore it has a much higher mercury content inside the lamp too.

Welcome To The Wicomico River Lost & Found Department

Within a 1/10 of a mile strip on the Wicomico River it was amazing to see just what has been deposited into the River everyone talks about so dearly. I'm sure the Mayor will claim it too is 99% compliant.

Mr. Jacobs and Mr. Rapp have a lot of work to do. You see, I'm going to find it VERY hard to believe these 55 gallon drums found their way into the sewer system and ultimately into the River! However, they'll do their best to convince people that the warmth of their sewage system allows these drums to shrink to the size of a coffee can and once it hits the river they expand and create problems for the environment.

Accountability Folks! It's time to bring in a new Council willing to FIRE these people and get on the right path. 9 guys standing on the side of the road when there's work to be done? Have another insulated coffee mug Mr. Jacobs!
