Live From Delmar, DE.
The man sitting on the ground in the first picture behind the man standing with the white tee shirt is handcuffed and being arrested for assaulting his parents.
The Delmar Police and State Police were on the scene as well as the Fire Chief from Delmar. The Fire Chief informed me that it was not a good scene and the man caused quite a bit of trouble.
Fortunately the parents will be OK but it's a sad day in America whenever a child beats their parent/parents. This was a very big man too!

Mr. Ruark Is Up To No Good Again
Here we go again Folks! So you know in advance I will be posting in the next few days a link in which you will be able to view the very first Sassafras/City Council Meeting and once you see it you'll be blown away with what was stated and what they've done. Yess Barrie Tilghman & Mike Dunn, you're going down!
Nevertheless, Mr. Ruark is up to no good again. Are you familiar with Nutters Crossing and the newly expanded section? Mr. Ruark had promised that he would be adding his own water and sewer facilities there but rumor has it the entire project is becoming far too expensive and he's asking the City to annex the property into the City.
What gets me the most about these Builders is that they say they're going to do one thing, (in other words, LIE) and then they come back to the Taxpayers and force them to foot the bill for their wants and needs.
Seems to me that Mr. Ruark has become a master at this game! First of all, this property is NOT in the Smart Growth portion of the City. The City would not consider anything OUTSIDE the Bypass and as we can ALL recall, Mike Dunn stated VERY clearly that there would be "NO MORE LARGE ANNEXATIONS."
That being said, ALL of you now have the heads up on this issue/matter and it's time you step up to the plate and shut these Developers down! This property is NOT in the Comprehensive Plan and Mr. Ruark should be forced to eat his own words and or shut down his business and move elsewhere.
DELMARVA DEALINGS IS BACK!!!!!!!
The timing couldn't be better! Hadley, (AKA Charles Jannace) dropped out of the Bloggosphere, (Praise the Lord) to pursue Marriage Counseling and Parental Classes and likes to blame his misfortunes on his Blog and not his little brain.
My only thought is, boat season is over and G.A. has a lot of extra time on his hands. Could it be that when the season picks up again he'll drop his Blog again? Nevertheless, it's great to have you guys back as I've always enjoyed your style of writing. I can only hope it lasts?
I'll add your Link today.

Other Uses For Used Campaign Signs
I was having a problem with a hook on one of our barn doors so I was able to pry the door open with a Charles Jannace sign and it worked perfectly. I then became even more creative and considering I had so many extra signs no one would take from the beginning, I re-shingled my entire barn roof with Charles Jannace signs. I'm told I'll get a good 20 years out of them. Do you have any ideas for these nasty campaign signs?
More Proof The Staff At The Zoo Are Careless & Lazy
Back in the day it might have been one thing to rake up all these leaves but I have personally seen them using "professional blowers" where they can very easily remove dead leaves.
The fact that it started raining right after this photo was taken means that things got slippery and more risky simply because they're too lazy to do their jobs.
I know I can get picky at times about the Zoo but look, this is just ridiculous. They have a full time groundskeeper working there and what's even more interesting is that I've watched Zookeepers doing the cleaning up of the walkways recently, so there's just no excuse.
I know for a fact there are literally hours in a day these Zookeepers have absolutely nothing to do and even make things up so they can stop from going crazy. This is out of line, it's risky and it needs to be cleaned up immediately.
