For those of you who came to Break Time Billiards tonight, Charles and I thank you. It was a pleasure putting so many faces to names we have been enjoying for such a long time now.

Since I was shooting Pool so much I really didn't get much of a chance to take many pictures but I have to say, I truly enjoyed a wonderful evening.

As for Iyeska, yeah, you saw me shoot pool all right. Is that all you have to say?

We look forward to the next event and sorry for the short notice but this whole thing is quite new and the turn out was unbelievable.

Salisbury Jaycees Announcement

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Jaycees are seeking entrants for the 60th annual Salisbury Christmas Parade 2 p.m. Sunday, December 3. This year’s theme is "An Old-Fashioned Christmas."

Changing from recent years, the 2006 parade route begins at the intersection of Mt. Hermon Road and Civic Ave, traveling west toward the Salisbury City Park. It ends at Wicomico Middle School.

"We’ve had many good years on Eastern Shore Drive, but we felt it was time for a change," said Jay Pepper, 2006 parade chairman. "With a route ending near the park, we hope many of this year’s viewers take advantage of the opportunity to view the Winter Wonderland of Lights following the parade. For the first time in years, Salisbury’s two most cherished community Christmas traditions come together."

Rain date for this year’s parade is Saturday, December 10. Entry forms and parade guidelines are available at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce, 144 E. Main St., or online at www.salisburyjc.com.

Charles and I have secured "Break Time Billiards" this evening between 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

If you'd truly like to get an up close opportunity to speak to Charles one on one about issues, we'd love to meet with you. This does in fact include Ron Alessi as well, if you're listening?

Charles is not afraid to be addressed and he will not skirt around the questions like other candidates are doing. While you're at it, "IF" you think your good enough to beat an Old Pro at a game of Pool, bring it on! However, you will have to sign a release stating you can never brag about beating me, (should you be so lucky to do so). LOL

When you walk in the front door, make a right and we'll be in the back of the front row.

Did The Daily Times Purposely Miss The Jannace Announcement?

Yesterday, after Charles Jannace decided to actually file, I started calling Joe Carmean at The Daily Times in order to inform them that Charles was in fact serious and was in fact going to run.

I received multiple answering machine messages saying he wasn't there and not once did the receptionist state that he might not be in his office, he was a way from his desk, he was in a meeting, let alone he was on vacation!

Last night I ran into Joe G. from the Daily Times, (a nice guy, mind you) and he informed me that Joe was on vacation and that's why I couldn't get through to him.

I explained how I had called numerous times, (at least 5 to 7 times) without any success and in my opinion this was extremely unprofessional. Or, Dee, Dee, Deeeee!

As I opened my paper early this morning there was no mention of Charles running for anything. I'm sorry Folks but here we go again. This is exactly the reason why Charles wants to bash the crap out of The Daily Times as well, because they're run by Barrie Tilghman.

Can you truly imagine how furious the Mayor is this morning, let alone Ron Alessi? The man has no chance now! Honest to God Folks, I am getting slammed with e-mail messages telling me Charles Jannace has their votes! I read one this morning stating one family is all Democrats and we have the two vites that household can and will offer. I'm getting telephone calls like there's no tomorrow. People wanting to make donations, volunteers, whatever it takes to get Alessi out of there!

No, it's not your eyes. These street signs are barely legible!

Isn't it amazing how the Mayor lives in such a plush neighborhood with nice landscaping, brand new street signs and proper lighting?

If "ANY" of you think you deserve any less than she has, you're wrong! Your tax dollars are probably even more valuable than hers because there are more of you condensed into small lots actually paying more taxes. Because they are smaller it seems like less but when you calculate it in the end they're making more money off of you than they're getting in the wealthier neighborhoods.

So demand you get your rights. Cleaner streets! Brand new signs! Better Police protection! Tell this BS artist of a Mayor she better get off her rear end and start doing her job, (taking care of the taxpayers) and leave the developers alone for a while. In the very least it will look good on her, "acting" like she cares for once.

Welcome To The REAL Salisbury!

No matter how much the Mayor and Chief of Police want to hide how bad the drugs and crime are in Salisbury, all you need to do is walk the streets in the main residential parts of Salisbury any more and here's what you're going to see.

Just outside this home, (after School lets out) you are NOT allowed to drive your vehicle down this road, (Carrollton Street) because the children have taken over the road. They created a basketball court out of it and "if you dare" drive down the street and break up their game they'll stone your car.

If The Daily Times would like some directions to these neighborhoods I'd be happy to assist. If you'd like some protection while there, I charge for that. Nevertheless, this is yet another reason the Daily Times is falling apart. They tell a pampered news and not a reality news. Pampered news sells more papers and makes the City look clean. My kind of news may be somewhat hard to accept at first but it's reality and in the end holds people accountable to "clean up the City" rather than sweeping it under the rug.

Is this how you truly want to raise your children Folks? Just because you don't live in this neighborhood, know this isn't Church Street and within 2 years it will be. Yeah Chief, you're doing a bang up job there. Charles Jannace is going to change this and IMO you're history!
